Providing a fast response RADIX provide a full turnkey screw pile foundation and completed installation in 7 days
With Made Ground containing a mix of natural and artificial materials a robust and effective solution was required to ensure suitability for landing Canadian Solar SolBank containerised energy storage units and SMA MVPS (Medium Voltage Power Station) units, removing the concern for differential settlement in less stable ground.
RADIX attended site further to project consultation and completed a series of static load testing to allow a screw pile foundation solution to be designed and implemented, providing absolute stability.
Solution
Responsive design and site mobilisation
Attend site and complete static load testing and reporting, allowing a complete design package to be submitted for approval withing 21 days of instruction.
Undertake the installation of screw pile foundations and structural support steelwork to allow ESM Power to land Canadian Solar batteries and SMA Inverters within 10 days of mobilising for site installation.
