RADIX-Sponsored Sam Hickey Set for Sky Sports Return in Dublin
Everyone at RADIX is delighted to see RADIX-sponsored professional boxer Sam Hickey back in action as he prepares for the next chapter of his unbeaten professional career.

The Dundee middleweight will face Brad Axe at Dublin’s iconic 3Arena on Saturday 8 August as part of Zuffa Boxing 10, with the event broadcast live on Sky Sports. The evening will be headlined by the IBF Middleweight Championship contest between Aaron McKenna and Etinosa Oliha, providing another major platform for one of Scotland’s brightest boxing prospects.
The announcement follows Sam’s outstanding performance at Zuffa Boxing 7 in Bournemouth, where he produced a spectacular knockout victory over the previously unbeaten Todd Tompkins. The emphatic win extended his professional record to 5-0 and earned him the coveted Performance of the Night award, further cementing his reputation as one of Britain’s most exciting young middleweights.
Speaking ahead of the fight during an interview with Sky Sports, Sam said:
“It’s a perfect scenario for me to go out there and put on a show, get some Irish fans behind me and take another step in the right direction.”
More than 200 supporters are expected to make the journey from Scotland to cheer Sam on in Dublin, creating what promises to be a fantastic atmosphere as he looks to preserve his unbeaten record and continue his rise through the professional ranks.
Callum Milne, Managing Director of RADIX, said:
“Everyone at RADIX is incredibly proud to support Sam and be part of his journey. His professionalism, discipline and relentless commitment to improving every day perfectly reflect the values we strive to uphold as a business. Watching his progression from a highly decorated amateur to an unbeaten professional has been inspiring, and we have no doubt there is much more to come.
To see more than 200 supporters expected to travel from Scotland speaks volumes about the respect and admiration people have for Sam, both as a boxer and as a person. We wish him every success on fight night and look forward to seeing him perform on another fantastic stage.”
Several members of the RADIX team will also be travelling to Dublin to support Sam, joining the travelling Scottish support for what promises to be another memorable night of boxing.
As Sam continues his pursuit of championship honours, everyone at RADIX will be proudly supporting him every step of the way. We look forward to watching another exciting chapter unfold in what promises to be a remarkable professional career.
