Great fun at the RADIX Charity Fundraising Day
RADIX is proud to share the great success of the special fundraising event at their Dundee premises on Friday, August 9, 2024, in support of the Educate the Kids charity’s mission at Jolaurabi School & Orphanage in Kenya.
Jolaurabi School & Orphanage was set-up and is run by Educate the Kids and offers education to underprivileged children and a nurturing environment for orphans. An upcoming trip by 20 Monifieth High School students aims to provide additional support to these initiatives, particularly sporting equipment and resources aligning with the school’s sporting reputation.
One of those students heading to Jolaurabi is RADIX Founder Callum Milne’s daughter and his exposure to the charity’s work via the forthcoming school trip sparked the idea to fundraise for the charity with this special occasion.
Showing his commitment to the cause Callum also agreed to be the target for custard pie throwing. This was a great success and raised lots of money!
Known for its innovative solutions and community involvement, RADIX is dedicated to giving back to society and has a history of supporting charitable causes. This fundraising initiative underscores their commitment to making a positive difference. On the day they managed to raise £4437.00
